Service Description

A sacred 2 hour space for deep somatic release, healing and integration. This trauma informed somatic breathwork experience is held live online via video, designed to gently guide you back into your body, your truth and your inner safety. The online container allows us to connect intuitively and hold space for your healing journey at the comfort of your own space no matter where you are. Blended with chakra energy reading, somatic movement, meditation where called for this conscious connected breathwork journey helps you to release stuck energy, reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.
